Search Help

The check boxes on the right side indicate what fields to DISPLAY in the result.  Generally these are not changed.  However, if you want to see the title of a project, you will need to 'check' the title box (since the default is to NOT show the title)

Enter the known information in the fields in the search page.  Any information entered will be taken as an 'AND' condition - meaning that ALL conditions must exist to extract the information.  For example, if you enter JOHN for student first name and DOE for the student last name, it will extract all records for JOHN DOE.

If you are entering a school name, or any other long text field, enter the minimum amount of information needed to qualify the field.  For example, if you enter Southeastern HS, the match will fail (since the school is actually called Southeastern High School).  If, on the other hand, you entered 'southeast' for the school name, you WOULD receive all the students from Southeastern High School (since southeast is contained in southeastern)
