RSVP Form for the SEFMD Seminar presentations on:
Science Fair Success:  Your Best Project
 

Due to Covid-19, the in-person event has been replaced with a series of seminars/workshops.  Format will typically be 20-25 minutes of presentation and 20 minutes of questions/answers/workshops.  ZOOM meeting links will be included in the confirmation email and will be sent to email provided 2 days before the event.  NOTE:  For new schools, we will run a custom zoom meeting at any mutual agreeable time for your teachers and admins  (will take about 30-40 minutes).  Select Custom Session and Indicate desired date/time in comments section.

Rules for ZOOM seminar:
   1) Zoom meeting ID and password (along with the link) will be posted on this page one or two hours before the session.  This link is NOT to be shared by other students.  The information may be shared by a teacher.
   2) The room will be locked 10 minutes into the seminar.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to participate.
   3)  Participants will be muted and have audio disabled.  If a participant wants to ask a question, they may put it in the chat window and it will be answered at the end of the session.  If urgent, they can raise their hand to ask a question.
   4)  Teachers may request to be a 'co-host' which will enable video and audio for them, but this must be requested 24 hours prior to the seminar.
  5)  Due to bandwidth concerns, video of participants will be disabled
  6)  The entire session will be recorded and available for playback about 2 hours after the session
  7)  Inappropriate comments (oral or in the chat window) will not be tolerated and appropriate action will be taken.
