Travel information for 2018 ISEF winners  REVISED 2/22/2018

GROUP INFORMATION:

Departure:
  SUNDAY, May 13, 2018, Depart via Car Pool at 8:30 AM from MERCY HIGH SCHOOL (11 Mile and Middlebelt).  Meet not later than 8:15 AM
            Second pickup at SHELL Gas Station, on Eureka Road, EAST of I-275, just south of I-94, at 9:15 AM.  Must make prior arrangements if you
            plan on using this second pickup location.
          

Return:
    FRIDAY, May 18, 2018, Depart Pittsburgh about 1:00 PM and return to Detroit about 6:30 PM

    Rooms are large two bed suites - each room has a Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, free wi-fi internet access.

Cost for parents/teachers attending for just the awards ceremonies on Thursday/Friday (if not part of the official party registration)
    Thursday and Friday - $50.00
    Friday only - $25.00

Cost for parents to attend for the week
   Official Party Registration (if done by April 2) - $150
   Official Party Registration (if done after April 2, must be done on site) - $200
   Hotel Room - $149/night plus tax (14%) plus overnight parking ($18/night)
   Deadline for room reservations is April 2

 This year, we will be transporting your display board to ISEF via a trailer leaving at the same time as the vans on Sunday, May 13.
