Departure (18 seats):
  SUNDAY, May 12, 2024, Depart Detroit Metro Airport (Delta) at 8:54 AM.  Meet at Delta ticket counter, NOT LATER THAN 7:00 AM
            Delta 794, departs at 8:54 AM,  Arrives in Los Angeles at 10:50 AM,  Boarding passes will be distributed at that time.
Return:
    FRIDAY, May 17, 2024, DL 407, Depart Los Angeles at 10:10 pm, Arrive at Detroit Metro Airport (Delta) SATURDAY at 5:31 AM )
           

NOTE:  Please DO NOT call or ask Delta to re-assign your seat number.  We have a special way of checking everyone in for the flight in mass.  DO NOT pre-print your boarding pass.  Actual seat configuration obtained from:  http://www.seatguru.com

Checked Luggage Weight and Measurement
     Luggage is measured by adding length, width and height to determine the total number of linear inches/centimeters.
     Delta will accept luggage up to a maximum of 50 pounds (23 kg) and a total linear dimension of 62 inches (158 cm) per piece at no charge.
     Additional charges may apply for luggage weighing more than 50 pounds (23 kg) or with a total linear dimension of more than 62 inches (158 cm) per piece.

Project Shipping:
    SEFMD does NOT ship any projects or boards to the ISEF.  Instead, blank boards are purchased at the host city and constructed on-site.  Students should hand carry their presentation material for the display boards.  The display board consists of a plastic, flexible laminate that is affixed to 48"W x 46"H foam core board which is secured to stand vertically.  SEFMD will supply the foamcore and the stand for the board.  Refer to Display Board Specifications    Photos of Foam Core Display with stand
